  • Full Moon Puja
    19:30 -21:30
    2017.07.08

    Purnama (Full Moon)

Ceremony on full moon is very important because the Sakti, Mother energy of the Universe, is rising and moving. You can more easily receive the energy and potentially your kundalini may rise more quickly.

Here the moon is reflecting the sun’s energy 100%. The moon is taking the energy from the sun and reflecting it down to the earth to move the energy for the people. This is like the father who supplies the mother with the money to buy food for the children (father sun, mother moon).

    • Event: Full Moon Puja
    • Time: 7:30pm till finish
    • Dress Code: White Ashram Attire
    • Ashram sarong rental available at the Ashram co op shop down stairs.

    Event: Guru Puja

    ROLE OF THE GURU

Satguru is the glorious Guru, the kind Guru who guides you to the Feet of the Supreme Lord. The role of the Guru is to raise your soul that has long been drowned, that has strayed far from happiness. In this age, the souls that have strayed afar no longer recognise their own truth because of their attachment to their own separate world. Anybody who has strayed too far, who is all bound up in material existence, becomes a dark soul. When the darkness of your soul can receive no light, your path in life will be filled with obstacles.
