Jnana Buda Siwa Ashram
Ashram Munivara is part of a group of Jnana Buda Siwa Ashrams which practice all forms of Yoga from the spiritual teachings of Shiva.
Weekly puja is performed with sacred dance, chanting devotional songs and meditation. The Guru of the Ashram Sri Jaya Shakti (Master Ketut Arsana) is a Balinese spiritual teacher, Master and founder of kundalini tantra yoga, mahatma therapist and a living yoga master. He teaches that life is Yoga and has created the Ashram to help locals and foreigners to unite together to create love and peace in our world through spiritual practice and yoga.
The Ashram also offers a 7 day retreat which is open to guests, retreaters and disciples of the Ashram and includes breakfast, some lunches and dinners, Ashram journey, Puja, Daily yoga, as well as kirtan and sound healing with Chamundi Svara music group.
Ashram Location :
It is located in Junjungan village, about 5km or a 15 minute drive north of Ubud’s town center. To get to the Ashram you will require transport either by car or motor bike. In the surrounding area there are no shops or transport people. Om Ham Retreat across the road from the Ashram do offer shuttle services into Ubud town and to Ubud Bodyworks centre for a fee. Ojas Prana Cafe located at the entrance of the Ashram are open daily for all meals as well as Om Ham Tulsi lounge.
